I’m the founder of Weyers Digital®, a consulting firm dedicated to helping small businesses strengthen their infrastructure, refine their operations, and scale with intention.

Over the past seven years, I’ve worked behind the scenes of growing companies—managing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of numerous six- and multi-seven-figure businesses. My work focuses on the often overlooked engine of successful companies: the systems, processes, and strategic structures that allow a business to expand without breaking under its own growth.

What began as operational support within the photography industry quickly evolved into a broader role advising entrepreneurs on business management, revenue systems, CRM infrastructure, workflow development, and operational strategy. I’m known for stepping into complex businesses, bringing clarity to scattered operations, and building systems that support long-term profitability.

Through Weyers Digital®, I partner with founders who are ready to move beyond survival mode and build businesses that operate with precision, efficiency, and scalability.

Alongside consulting, I also develop operational tools, strategic resources, and mentorship programs designed to help entrepreneurs strengthen their foundations and grow with confidence.

Cassidy’s EXPERIENCE

I received my Bachelors degree in Mass Communications from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee in 2017. Prior to delving into my own freelance work, I worked for a ski hill conglomerate in Wisconsin as the Marketing Director where I further discovered my niche for small business managements techniques and how to incorporate them.

Since leaving the corporate world, I have spent the past few years expanding my talents into small business and virtual management where I help you reach your goals.

My current and past clients speak to my work ethic and knowledge - I strive to build lasting relationships with everyone I have and work with.
